Wellness Visits & Check-Ins
A regular, unhurried check-in on a schedule you set, written up the same day.
- General wellbeing and how the day is going
- Food, supplies and basic household needs
- Anything that has changed since the last visit
- Coordination with family or community staff where appropriate
- Requests, appointments and errands to arrange

Support is available in private homes and in senior living communities, following each community’s own policies. Availability depends on schedule and location, and we confirm what we can support during the consultation.

Elder Care Services provides non-medical wellness visits and practical support. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, nursing, or emergency services. This service is not a substitute for 911 or emergency medical services — in an emergency, call 911.
